Tattd
We’re looking for a Junior Marketing & Community Intern to support Tattd’s brand, growth, and community efforts across multiple marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure to campaign planning, brand development, partnerships, and community engagement.
You’ll work closely with the founder to help build scalable marketing systems and strengthen Tattd’s presence across the tattoo and creator ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, partnerships, events, content, and brand initiatives
- Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and lifecycle communications for artists and collectors
- Help develop marketing materials including brand decks, one-pagers, artist onboarding assets, and launch collateral
- Coordinate community initiatives such as artist outreach, studio partnerships, and ambassador-style programs
- Support partnerships with artists, studios, events, and cultural organizations
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform positioning and strategy
- Track campaign performance and help prepare reporting and insights
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure marketing aligns with brand and user experience
What You’ll Learn / Gain
- Hands-on experience across core marketing functions in a high-growth startup
- Exposure to brand strategy, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and community-building
- Direct mentorship from the founder and senior leadership
- Ownership over real campaigns and initiatives with measurable impact
- A strong portfolio of marketing projects beyond social media
- Access to the tattoo, art, and tech startup ecosystems in NYC, LA, and internationally
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, community, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Interest in brand building, partnerships, and customer engagement
- Comfort working across multiple marketing channels and tools
- Ability to take initiative and adapt quickly in a startup environment
- Passion for tattoos, art, culture, and/or creator-driven platforms
- Bonus: Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot), CRM tools, or basic design software
Why This Role Rocks
This isn’t a narrow or siloed role. You’ll get broad exposure to how a modern startup builds its brand, acquires users, and grows a community from the ground up. If you’re looking to develop a strong foundation in marketing strategy, partnerships, and community—not just posting content—this role offers real ownership and long-term growth potential.
