About the role The Santi executive dashboard is where a CNO looks at organizational strain data and decides what to do about it. The design of that interface is not a cosmetic concern. It determines whether findings are understood correctly, whether the right questions are asked, and whether the system earns the confidence of the people using it.The Founding Product Designer / UX & UI Lead owns that interface — and the design system underlying it. This role requires someone who understands enterprise product design, works comfortably with complex data, and holds themselves to a standard of clarity rather than novelty. What you will own The SenterME design system — visual language, component library, and interaction standards The executive dashboard experience — how leaders navigate, read, and act on structural health data The participant signal interface in collaboration with the Mobile Development Lead and Signal Design Lead Design standards and reviews across all product surfaces Visual identity consistency across product and marketing as the company grows Who tends to thrive in this role Strong candidates have designed systems, not screens. They understand that enterprise software users are time-pressured, skeptical of complexity, and making high-stakes decisions. They have a portfolio that demonstrates product design maturity — work that is clear, defensible, and built for real use rather than awards. They are not waiting for product requirements to arrive fully formed. They participate in defining them. Why this role matters SenterME is selling a new category of visibility to healthcare leaders who have never had it before. The design of the experience is what makes that invisible thing comprehensible and actionable. If the dashboard requires explanation, it is not working. This role is responsible for the clarity that makes SenterME's intelligence usable — and therefore trustworthy. Compensation structure, equity participation, and stage-specific details are discussed during the interview process. Apply for This Role →
