About the role SenterME's entire detection capability depends on signal quality. If participants do not feel psychologically safe enough to tell the truth, the platform cannot function. This role designs the emotional and behavioral architecture that prevents that failure. You will shape the conditions that make people willing to share what they are actually carrying — not the polished version, not the performative version, the real one. That work happens across guided regulation experiences, meditations, reflective practices, in-app prompts, discussion environments, and the contributor network that produces all of it. The medium is content. The function is behavioral system design. We use words like pissed off, mad, frustrated, damn on purpose, because that's how people actually talk when they're being honest, and because honesty is what we're optimizing for. We do not sanitize. We do not clinicalize. We design containers strong enough to hold what people are really feeling. This is not marketing. Not social media. Not therapy delivery. Not generic wellness content. It is the architecture of psychological safety, expressed through experience design — and it is existential to the company. Participation quality and signal reliability determine whether health system accounts renew and expand. There is no version of SenterME where this role is secondary. What you will own The behavioral experience system.Guided regulation practices, meditations, reflective prompts, micro-podcasts, in-app moments, and the emotional pacing of how participants encounter SenterME. What gets made, by whom, in what cadence, with what behavioral intent. The conditions for honest participation. The design choices — tone, pacing, containment, framing, permission structure, response architecture — that make someone choose to say the real thing instead of the polite thing. This is the central craft of the role. Three distinct voices.SenterME serves a women's space, a men's space, and a non-binary center. Each has its own register, its own emotional grammar, and its own constraints on what "real" sounds like. You will hold all three without flattening any of them. Tone discipline.Grounded, emotionally accurate, sometimes blunt. Never sanitized. Never clinical. Never performative. You will define and enforce this voice across everything the platform produces, including content created by external contributors — clinicians, coaches, somatic practitioners, affirmation artists, podcast guests. Discussion architecture. The prompts, formats, moderation standards, and permission structures that make people share honestly with each other inside the app — not just consume content alone. The behavior-to-signal validation loop. What people engage with, ignore, share around, and skip is itself behavioral signal. You will work directly with the Technical Lead to translate participation patterns into behavioral context that helps Santi distinguish real structural strain from noise. This is the part that makes the role existential. Continuous testing and iteration. What unlocks honest sharing and what shuts it down. What types of practices land at what emotional states. How frequently the library needs to refresh. You own the questions and the answers. Who tends to thrive in this role Strong candidates come from some combination of mindfulness or meditation facilitation, somatic or nervous-system-informed practice design, behavioral wellness or emotional regulation work, coaching or reflective practice design, behavioral health–adjacent product or experience work, community design or psychologically safe environment design, or emotionally intelligent digital product experience. Rarely all of them. What they share is a working understanding of how people behave under pressure, what makes someone willing to say the real thing instead of the polite thing, and how to design experiences that earn that. You should already have opinions about what makes people emotionally shut down, what makes people feel safe enough to tell the truth, how tone changes behavior, why most workplace wellness content fails, and the difference between supportive design and emotionally manipulative design. You write and produce in your own voice. You have opinions about pacing, containment, and permission. You can show work where someone said something hard out loud because of how the experience was built. What this role is not Not product marketing. Not growth or acquisition content. Not social media management. Not brand strategy. Not therapy or clinical service delivery. Not generic mindfulness content. If the work you are proudest of is conversion funnels, polished wellness aesthetics, content calendars, or editorial workflows, this is not the seat. How this role fits You will work directly with the Founder and the Technical Lead. The Founder built and voiced the existing content library; this role inherits, expands, and systematizes that work. The Technical Lead owns Santi and the data architecture; you and the Technical Lead share ownership of signal quality from opposite sides — they own the math, you own the human conditions that make the math meaningful. Compensation structure, equity participation, and stage-specific details are discussed during the interview process. Apply for This Role →
