Rise Data Labs is a VC-backed AI data company partnering with leading AI labs and enterprise teams to power training, evaluation, and continuous improvement for generative AI systems. We are building the next-generation infrastructure for human judgment in AI, and we are looking for a Founding GTM Lead to help shape how we grow.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-trust founding team at the moment where the market is forming and the relationships matter.
The Role
We are hiring a Founding GTM Lead to shape how Rise Data Labs goes to market. This is not a transactional sales role. You will work directly with AI researchers, applied science leaders, PMs, and platform teams to understand how human judgment fits into their training and evaluation workflows, and help translate that into long-term partnerships.
You will own strategic discovery, relationship-building, and revenue motion, building on top of an existing client base while helping define how this category is sold.
This role is full-time and remote, with occasional travel for key customer meetings.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and early sales motion for Rise Data Labs
  • Engage AI researchers, applied scientists, PMs, and technical decision-makers at AI labs and enterprise teams
  • Run thoughtful outbound and inbound conversations to understand buying behavior and evaluation criteria
  • Identify where human data and post-training workflows break today
  • Build trusted relationships that lead to pilots, partnerships, and long-term programs
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles, including scoping, positioning, and commercial discussions
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and the founding team to shape offerings and messaging
  • Bring structured insights back to leadership to inform product direction and GTM strategy

Salary Range: 150,000 - 200,000
