Role Description

We’re hiring a Senior Director of Growth who can own our growth strategy, performance analytics, forecasting, and channel orchestration end-to-end. This is a high-leverage role for someone who thrives in hands-on performance environments and analytical decision-making. Collaboration, strategic thinking, leadership, and data-driven decision-making will be key components of this role.

Your mandate is to:

1. Improve CAC & payback
2. Scale paid channels efficiently
3. Own the growth forecast and instrumentation
4. Drive cross-functional CRO and creative prioritization
5. Expand and optimize channel mix (e.g., Amazon, Affiliate)
6. Work tightly with agencies and creative partners
7. Lead and develop small but mighty growth marketing team

You are not expected to be a media buyer or designer — you will direct and orchestrate buying, creative, CRO, and analytics resources.

Qualifications

You might be a great fit if you have:

• 5–8+ years in growth/performance roles at DTC or consumer tech companies
• Managed 2–5+ direct reports across lifecycle, social, or growth functions at a DTC or consumer subscription company
• Hands-on experience scaling Meta/Google performance environments
• Strong analytical toolkit (modeling, experimentation, attribution)
• Comfort working with agencies & cross-functional partners
• A track record of improving CAC/Payback at meaningful scale
• Experience with Amazon or Affiliate channels a plus
• Experience in subscription and/or hardware/software hybrids a plus
