Head of Sales - AI for SNFs - $400k-$500k OTE + equity (Remote)
Software Engineering, Sales & Business Development, Data Science · Full-time
New York, USA
USD 400k-500k / year + Equity
About CareComply
CareComply helps skilled nursing facilities capture Medicare Part B revenue with full compliance and minimal operational burden. For a typical 100 bed building we add $100k-$500k per year of profit and charge a fraction. With the typical SNF making $300k per year in profit this is real impact.
Within a year of launch we’re breaking $1M ARR through word of mouth alone. We already work with some of the largest operators in the country, including Genesis, so this is a proven program with reference customers, not a pilot looking for a first believer. We're targeting $10M ARR in the next 12 months, and this role is a key to how we get there.
The role
You'll be our first sales leader and, at the start, our best closer. The product’s value sells itself but we need a voice the buying committee trusts, who can turn a warm introduction into a signed agreement, and who can then build the machine that lets others do the same.
Concretely, in your first year you will:
- Close 100+ buildings from your own network. Signed facilities, not meetings.
- Work our referral and channel partner network alongside the founders — many of our deals start with a partner intro and expand building by building across a chain.
- Own the full pipeline: target lists, outreach sequences, qualification criteria, demo-to-close motion, CRM discipline.
- Build and codify the sales playbook so the second and third hires ramp faster than you did.
- Hire and lead the sales team once the playbook is proven.
- Feed what you hear from buyers back into product and pricing.
Who we're looking for
We only interview candidates with a real track record selling into SNFs. This is non-negotiable.
Must have:
- The experience and network to close 100+ buildings from your own network within the first year.
- Deep understanding of how SNFs operate and what motivates each seat on the buying committee, including how they think about Part B, ancillary revenue, and compliance risk.
- Experience building a sales process from scratch, not just executing one you inherited.
- Comfort operating with founders in an early, fast-moving company: you set your own targets, own your numbers, and don't need a large support org.
Strong fit if you've:
- Sold Part B wound care supplies or other ancillary services into SNFs (e.g., Curitec, Informed Medical, or similar).
- Led or built a small sales team in post-acute or long-term care.
Compensation
Competitive base, uncapped variable on closed revenue with accelerators above target, and meaningful equity as an early leader. We'd rather pay a lot for results than a little for activity.
