About Us
CareComply is an AI-enabled service that helps skilled nursing facilities add new revenue compliantly via Medicare Part B opportunities. For a typical building, this looks like $100k+ immediately can be over $1M for strong operators.
We're hiring our first full-time sales hire to scale this. For the right candidate the product will sell itself: we help nursing homes capture revenue they're entitled to, compliantly, and charge a fraction of what we add. The work is access and trust, not persuasion.
This is a largely untapped market - knowledge around Part B is niche and was operationally burdensome before AI. We are at seven figures of ARR through 100% organic growth within 8 months of launch and plan to 4x by EOY. Comp is base plus uncapped variable on closed revenue.
What you'll do
- Close deals with your existing network
- Build a playbook to codify further expansion into a repeatable motion — target lists, outreach sequences, qualification criteria, CRM hygiene — so the next hire ramps faster than you did.
Must haves
- Someone whose existing relationships can become signed deals — not just meetings — in the first 90–120 days.
- Someone who has built a sales process from scratch, not only executed an inherited one.
- Understanding of operations and motivations of the buying committee: Administrators, DONs, Regional/Corporate Ops, Compliance Officers, Ownership

- Experience leading sales teams
- Specifically sold compliance, clinical, or admin SaaS into SNFs.
