🚀 About the Role
This is not a traditional facility-based Director of Nursing role. This is a clinical operations role for a AI company building software for SNFs.
At CareComply, you’ll operate across multiple skilled nursing facilities, helping build and scale the operational backbone of a fast-growing healthcare technology company. You’ll work directly with the founding team to improve how care is delivered, ensure compliance, and unlock reimbursement opportunities using AI.
This is a hybrid player-coach role — you’ll design systems and processes, but also roll up your sleeves to execute when needed.
If you’re currently a Regional Nurse Consultant or multi-facility operator and want more ownership, impact, and the chance to help build something from the ground up, this role is for you.
🧩 What You’ll Do
Build and scale operations
- Design and implement audit and QA processes across facilities
- Establish workflows to support rapid onboarding of new facilities
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution as we scale
Own clinical and compliance quality
- Review claims and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop systems to maintain high performance across all partner facilities
- Identify gaps and continuously improve processes
Support product development
- Translate real-world clinical workflows into product requirements
- Partner with the founding team to shape new features and modules
- Provide clinical insight on Medicare Part B and compliance workflows
Drive expansion
- Help launch CareComply’s product in new facilities
- Ensure smooth implementation and strong ongoing performance
👤 Who You Are
- At least 5 years (ideally 10+) of experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)
- Currently or previously a Regional Nurse Consultant, multi-facility DON, or similar role
- Deep understanding of clinical operations, compliance, and reimbursement (Medicare Part B preferred)
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational tools
- Able to design systems and processes, not just execute within them
- Willing to get hands dirty and operate in a fast-moving environment
